Service Scope
Precision Diesel & Heavy Machinery provides expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for diesel trucks and heavy industrial equipment. Our services are performed by qualified technicians using industry-standard tools and sourcing quality replacement parts as specified in the service agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate machinery history, ensuring equipment is accessible for repair, and approving work orders in a timely manner. Precision Diesel expects all machinery brought to the facility to be clearly identified and free of hazardous materials not related to standard operation.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior credit arrangements have been established. We accept major payment methods. Vehicles or equipment left unpaid for more than seven days may be subject to daily storage fees ranging from $40 to $120, depending on size and space requirements. If an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days, we reserve the right to pursue all lawful remedies available to recover the outstanding balance, including enforcement of applicable lien rights. Before any work can begin, a parts deposit must be made.
Liability Limits
While we strive for technical perfection, Precision Diesel & Heavy Machinery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen machinery failure or delays in parts sourcing. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the specific repair services provided under the disputed invoice.
