Refund Eligibility
There are no refunds on parts deposits. Parts deposits must be fully paid for before work will start on a vehicle.
Labor charges are non-refundable, as payment covers the time, expertise, and diagnostic work performed by our technicians.
If you believe work was performed incorrectly, we will inspect the vehicle at no charge and correct any verified workmanship issues under our warranty policy.
Diagnostic Fees
Please note that diagnostic fees cover the technical labor and precision analysis performed by our team. These fees are non-refundable as they represent the time and expertise dedicated to identifying machinery issues.
Warranty Work
If an issue arises after a repair and falls within our warranty terms, the shop will re-inspect and repair the problem at no additional labor cost. Refunds are not provided for warranty-covered situations.
